The Opportunity: A High-Level Vision

StaffRight Associates is sourcing for a global, multi-billion-dollar technology leader in specialized chemical development to identify a high-performing Business Development Executive (Semicon). Operating in a fully remote capacity, this strategic role is central to expanding commercial footprints within the front-end semiconductor fabrication sector. By interfacing directly with technical and procurement leaders across the industry, you will drive product qualification initiatives, establish critical supply chain and regulatory workflows, and spearhead market share growth for high-purity chemical solutions.

What You’ll Do

Drive Commercial Acquisition: Engage target procurement leadership to secure formal commitments for product evaluations, experimental testing, and full qualification cycles.
Negotiate Technical Standards: Partner directly with client quality engineering teams to align on product specifications, tolerances, and technical performance metrics.
Streamline Operations & Compliance: Design standard procedures for logistics, customs clearance, product handling, and warehousing while ensuring total adherence to TSCA, tariff structures, and chemical safety mandates.
Execute Financial Simulations: Conduct accurate transportation and import cost modeling for international product lines originating from global parent facilities.
Pioneer Market Intelligence: Represent the organization at premier industry trade expositions, technical symposia, and standards development consortiums.
Synergize Sales Integration: Partner closely with internal account teams during early-stage development, establishing sustainable commercial accounts before smoothly transitioning routine transactions.
Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge communications between US manufacturing facilities, internal quality assurance teams, planning groups, and overseas corporate units to ensure seamless operational continuity.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical domain (Advanced Master''''s Degree preferred).
Extensive experience in Business Development Programs, Sales Channel Development, and Sales Management.
Deep expertise within the Semiconductor Industry, with direct involvement in Etching Agents and specialized chemical supply for Front-End Chip Fabrication.
Direct proficiency in Regulatory Compliance, TSCA Regulations, Logistics Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
Broad capability in Interpersonal Communication, Multicultural Sensitivity, and Cross-Functional Teamwork.
Demonstrated flexibility to accommodate up to 40% domestic and international travel.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Annual Base Salary: $109,000 to $137,000 (commensurate with professional experience).
Performance Incentives: 8% to 12% Annual Bonus Potential plus an initial Sign-On Bonus.
