Key Responsibilities:
- Be an expert in CIAM data across login, registration, enrollment, password reset, multi-factor authentication, session management, and account recovery journeys to identify trends, anomalies, and customer friction.
- Partner with teams to build and maintain reporting views, dashboards, and recurring performance summaries that track funnel conversion, drop-off rates, error patterns, authentication success rates, fraud signals, and customer experience outcomes.
- Partner with product owners, engineering, fraud prevention, UX, operations, and analytics teams to define KPIs, measurement plans, event-tracking requirements, and success criteria for CIAM initiatives.
- Translate data findings into clear insights, recommendations, and backlog inputs that help prioritize CIAM enhancements, reduce customer friction, and improve secure account access.
- Support analysis for A/B tests, feature rollouts, incident reviews, production changes, and post-release assessments to evaluate impact on customer behavior and product performance.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, known limitations, and business rules to ensure consistent interpretation of CIAM metrics across stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-ready summaries and visual narratives that explain CIAM funnel health, customer pain points, operational impacts, and recommended next actions.
- Apply AI enablement practices and tools, where appropriate, to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, strengthen documentation, and streamline recurring workflows.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Top Must-Have: SQL/data querying; dashboarding and reporting with Power BI, QM, Excel, or similar tools; digital funnel and customer journey analysis; CIAM/authentication data analysis; event tracking, telemetry, and analytics tool integration.
- Nice-to-Have: Quantum Metric, Splunk, or similar observability tools; A/B test or feature rollout analysis; fraud-prevention signal analysis; agile product discovery and backlog refinement experience; AI enablement for work or practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, or workflow efficiency.
- Bachelor s degree in Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, product analyst, business analyst, or digital analytics role, preferably supporting identity, authentication, security, fraud, customer experience, or digital product teams.
- Strong ability to analyze customer journey data, funnel performance, conversion trends, error patterns, and operational metrics to generate actionable business insights.
- Experience with analytics, dashboarding, or reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Splunk, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of CIAM concepts, authentication flows, digital identity, customer account management, and security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into concise insights, recommendations, and stakeholder-ready narratives.
- Experience working in agile product environments and contributing to product discovery, backlog refinement, roadmap planning, or release measurement is a plus.
- Practical experience with AI enablement for work, including using AI tools to support analysis, documentation, workflow optimization, or stakeholder communications, is a nice-to-have.
