JD In this role as Consultant for Asset and Configuration Management, you will be responsible for the design, defining governance structure, conducting process and tools training and providing directions for continuous improvement of this process. You will be the accountable to ensure alignment of the process with organizational goals and ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to drive process excellence, maintain service quality, and enhance op
