Summary

Must Haves:

2+ years email campaign experience, with hands on experience building and deploying commercial email or equivalent experience with html/web page building
2+ years working in an ESP like Salesforce, Responsys, Zeta, PCM/Harmony or Cheetah
2+ years experience with direct mail kits.

Role Summary/Purpose:

TheCampaign Marketing Manageris responsible for ensuring thoughtful, on time delivery ofDirect Marketingprojects supporting internal client marketing campaigns.
This role manages list selection and segmentation, build,audit anddeployment of marketing campaign emails.
Direct mail, mobilemessagesand files channel may be added.
TheCampaign Marketing Manageris an expert in project management,processbest practices andchannel executioncapabilities.
This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person technical set-up.

Essential Responsibilities:

Liaise withClient Marketing TeamandstakeholderswithinPerformance Marketingto deliver effectiveand timelydirectmarketing campaign projects
Manage file selection and segmentation of channel marketing audience and facilitate accurate execution of file only requests
Work within designatedchannelplatformstobuild and successfully launchdirectmarketing campaigns
Act as Subject Matter Expert inchannelplatform capabilities
Perform creative and data auditing and testing to ensure campaign accuracy
Drive data driven campaign results back to client teams for continuous campaign improvement
Update workflow management tool in real time to inform Pod managers and project initiators on campaign project status and timing
Work within agile, fast-paced marketing environment
Continued cross-channel upskilling in email,direct mailand mobilecampaign execution, and other channels as added
Utilize project managementtool to ensure all campaigns meet required campaignapproval, retention, testing, launch and documentationrequirementswithin the Campaign Execution process

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of degree high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 6 years of Marketing or Digital project experience
A minimum of 2 years of work experience with one or more of the following: email marketing, database marketing, data segmentation, data collection, digital marketing,direct mail production,web page building and/or html

Desired Characteristics:

Demonstrated project managementand workflow updatingskills.
Working in a PM platform like Workfront preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenor agile environment
2+ years email campaign experience, with hands on experience building and deploying commercial email or equivalent experience with html/web page building
2+ years working in an ESP like Salesforce, Responsys, Zeta, PCM/Harmony or Cheetah.
Experience in consumer financial services with exposure to a credit card or retail environment.
Experience working with data segmentation and data auditing
Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics and address implementation obstacles.
Strong Change Management skills - effective communicator, good at holding "crucial conversations" with clients and internal partners.
Demonstrated aptitude in the Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
