Job Summary
We are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for project activities. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation management, contract tracking, scheduling, reporting, and coordination efforts to ensure project activities are organized, efficient, and aligned with requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining project records, tracking deliverables, supporting communication across teams, and assisting with process improvement activities.
Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience executing against multiple priorities/projects
• 2+ years of experience with project collaboration and tracking tools (Microsoft Project Suite, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience with documentation, organizational, and coordination skills
• 2+ years of experience with verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years of collaboration experience
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of experience providing administrative support, scheduling meetings, managing documentation, coordinating communications, and other assigned duties
Responsibilities
• Support project activities through scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of required documentation
• Assist with contract tracking and alignment between project documents and requirements
• Maintain and organize documentation, templates, correspondence, and records
• Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across project efforts
• Prepare status updates, meeting summaries, and reports as needed
• Ensure documentation accuracy and readiness for submissions
• Support communication between business units, project teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Assist with version control, document formatting, and quality checks
• Provide logistical support for project kickoff, review, and closeout activities
• Maintain internal tools, trackers, and repositories used by the team
• Support continuous process improvement efforts within the team
