Our client seeks a professional to join the Digital Assurance & Transparency System Transformation Data team to help clients execute complex business transformations with confidence by focusing on the data underpinning new systems, processes, and reporting. The role spans audit and non-audit engagements to provide assurance over data governance, quality, reliability, lineage, conversion and migration, data lakes, and reporting and analytics. The professional will assess data-related governance, risk management, and control processes; evaluate whether transformed and migrated data is complete, accurate, and reliable; and provide observations and recommendations to help clients strengthen control environments and manage transformation risk. Collaboration with client stakeholders and specialists across broader System Transformation teams, including Oracle, SAP, Workday, and OneStream, is expected. Using SQL, data analysis, and digital tools, the professional will identify data-related risks, evaluate transformation readiness, and provide transparency throughout the transformation lifecycle. Responsibilities: - Manage successful delivery of data-focused system transformation assurance engagements.
- Assess data governance, data quality, data lineage, and related risk and control processes.
- Evaluate data conversion and migration activities for completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
- Assess reporting, analytics, and data platform processes within transformation programs.
- Apply SQL and data analysis techniques to support testing, validation, and risk identification.
- Collaborate across client and system transformation teams, delivering high-quality work and clear observations and recommendations.
Experience Requirements: - Experience working across functional and technical teams within system transformation programs.
- Background in data governance, data quality, lineage, and control assessments.
- Hands-on SQL and data analysis experience for testing and validation.
- Experience evaluating data conversion and migration activities.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear observations and recommendations.
