Hiring: Change Enablement Analyst

We are looking for a Change Enablement/Change Management professional to support an Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) program.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in Change Management/OCM, communications, or technology adoption.
Experience with stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, training coordination, and user adoption.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Basic understanding of data products, dashboards, and data platforms.
Experience creating communications, FAQs, release notes, and training materials is preferred.

Location: Remote
Duration: 6-month contract, with possible extension.
