Role: Epicor Kinetic DocStar Specialist

Location : REMOTE

(6-9 Months Contract)

Experience

• Cost Accounting: Configure Epicor costing methods (standard, average, last, FIFO, job), manage burden/labor rates, analyze variances, and align inventory valuation with General Ledger structures.
• DocStar ECM & Automation: Design and deploy DocStar document management, automated Accounts Payable invoice processing, data links, and routing workflows.
• System Integration & Reporting: Build Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPMs), and financial dashboards connecting Epicor data with DocStar archives.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate current financial workflows, resolve implementation bottlenecks, and conduct end-user training.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years working with Epicor ERP (Kinetic) and finance/costing modules alongside DocStar ECM experience.
• Skills: Strong foundation in manufacturing accounting principles, SQL, report writing (SSRS), and workflow configuration
