We are looking for an experienced Flexera SME / Architect to lead enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flexera architecture, software license compliance, publisher audits, and enterprise cost optimization.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
✅ 10+ years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience
✅ 5+ years of hands-on Flexera One / FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS) experience
✅ Flexera architecture, implementation, configuration, upgrades, and optimization
✅ Strong expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and license compliance
✅ Effective License Position (ELP) analysis and license optimization
✅ Software licensing expertise across Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Adobe, VMware, and Red Hat
✅ IBM ILMT / Sub-capacity Licensing experience
✅ Software publisher audits, audit defense, renewals, and true-up negotiations
✅ Flexera integrations with ServiceNow CMDB / SAM Pro, SCCM, and Intune
✅ Cloud integrations across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
✅ Strong SQL, APIs, data integrations, normalization, and reconciliation
✅ Experience with SaaS management and cloud cost optimization
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
