GRC Consultant --- Remote
Role and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM and TPRM implementations.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, automated workflows, and dashboards.
Configure forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.
Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other modules (ITSM, CMDB, SecOps) and external systems using REST or SOAP APIs.
Facilitate risk assessments, control testing, and issue management processes.
Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3 to 6+ years of general ServiceNow platform experience with robust JavaScript proficiency.
2+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
Experience with core platform tools including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
Strong communication and client-facing stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
