(Full-Stack, Agentic Systems)
Location: Anywhere in India (Remote, but also waiting on confirmation of this)
Duration: 2+ month's contract possible for extention
Hours: UK TIME ZONE (overlap with CST; end day by 10 PM India time / Central around noon) (Also waiting on confirmation of this)
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on full-stack engineer with strong Golang development experience and exposure to AI/agentic application development to join our security engineering team as a contractor. This engineer will initially deliver feature updates, enhancements, and fixes to our existing Agentforce agent (EntSecTech), a multi-agent platform consisting of a router agent, domain-specific subagents, and tool integrations. Over time, they will contribute to the design and development of our next-generation agent platform.
This is a software engineering role focused on building backend services, APIs, frontend features, and AI-driven capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver feature updates, enhancements, and fixes to the existing Agentforce agent, then contribute to the design and development of the next-generation agent platform.
Design and build backend services and APIs using Golang, along with React frontend features and AI-assisted user experiences.
Build and extend router and subagent architecture, including instructions, actions, routing, and transition logic.
Build and integrate agent tools and actions using APIs and enterprise integrations (e.g., Apex/Flow and MCP).
Implement agent-to-agent workflows, including identity propagation and on-behalf-of-user patterns.
Implement grounding and retrieval capabilities (RAG, vector search) to provide agents with accurate enterprise context.
Build automated testing and evaluation suites covering routing, tool invocation, workflow outcomes, and LLM-evaluated quality; integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
Help define and enforce tool governance, including sensitivity, blast radius, authorization, and identity models.
Deploy and operate microservices on AWS using containers and Kubernetes, with secure coding practices and Git/Jenkins pipelines.
Troubleshoot across platforms, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with platform and feature teams to define integration contracts and ownership boundaries.
Required Skills
2+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on Golang development.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and REST APIs using Go.
Experience with React frontend development, ideally with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Chakra UI, Redux Toolkit, and Axios are a plus.
Exposure to building AI/agentic capabilities, including LLM integrations, tool calling, or agent workflows, within applications or backend services.
Working knowledge of AWS, containers, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud services such as databases, storage, and messaging.
Familiarity with secure coding, defensive programming, and CI/CD practices using Git and Jenkins, including shell scripting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams.
Agile/Scrum experience, a proactive ownership mindset, and comfort delivering in an evolving technical environment.
Ability to work remotely from India and collaborate with distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing or building agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, planning/routing, and agent-to-agent delegation.
Familiarity with agent frameworks and protocols such as MCP, and LLM patterns such as RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building evaluation and testing capabilities for LLM/agent behavior, including regression suites, LLM-as-judge, and quality or safety metrics.
Understanding of agent security and governance, including least privilege, identity propagation, authorization gating, and deterministic controls for sensitive workflows.
Experience with observability and production operations for AI systems, including tracing, monitoring, and cost and latency optimization.
Hands-on Agentforce experience (Agent Script, Agentforce Builder, Prompt Builder, Apex actions, or Testing Center) is a plus for the near-term work, but not required.
