Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 per year
A bit about us:We're one of the fastest-growing private client tax advisory firms in the country, built from the ground up to do what legacy firms simply can't: deliver proactive, year-round, white-glove tax strategy powered by modern technology.
We serve over 5,000 clients across the U.S. - high-net-worth individuals and families, founders and tech executives, fund managers, real estate investors, and owner-operated businesses - each with complex, multi-layered tax needs that demand genuine expertise, not cookie-cutter compliance.
We're scaling aggressively through both organic growth and strategic CPA firm acquisitions. While the rest of the industry is still running AI pilots, we're already running core tax workflows on production AI systems - giving our advisors more time for what matters: building real, lasting wealth for clients.
Our culture is built on three things: deep technical rigor, genuine client relationships, and the boldness to reimagine what a tax practice can look like. If you've spent your career inside a big firm wondering why things have to be done the old way, come join us and help build the new way. Your voice and feedback are highly valuable as we continue to grow.
Why join us?- Focus on client advisory and relationship building rather than only tax compliance
- Equity options for all employees
- Entrepreneurial environment
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% Healthcare coverage for employees and majority covered for family members
- Rapid upward trajectory opportunities
