HOPEX Developer – AIG
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HOPEX Developer with strong expertise in the MEGA HOPEX platform to support enterprise architecture initiatives for AIG. The ideal candidate will have experience customizing and administering the HOPEX platform, integrating it with enterprise applications, and supporting architecture governance within a large-scale enterprise environment. Experience in the insurance domain is a plus.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in software development or enterprise architecture.
3+ years of hands-on experience with the MEGA HOPEX platform.
Strong experience with HOPEX customization, configuration, and administration.
Experience with HOPEX metamodel customization.
Proficiency in ERQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, XML, and REST APIs.
Experience integrating HOPEX with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, workflows, and architecture repositories.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Insurance domain experience.
Experience with GraphQL and HOPEX Web Front-End.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience supporting enterprise architecture governance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the MEGA HOPEX platform.
Configure and enhance the HOPEX metamodel based on business requirements.
Design and develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and architecture repositories.
Integrate HOPEX with enterprise systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.
Support enterprise architecture initiatives, governance, and compliance activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize HOPEX performance.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in application upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
