Position- HRSN Medicaid Claims Analyst

What you'll do:

Review and resolve HRSN claims assigned through QNXT work queues including rent, rental arrears, utility assistance, storage, and housing support claims. You'll analyze pended, denied, and audit-flagged claims, correct claim data, resolve QNXT edits, review potential duplicate submissions, and move valid claims through adjudication and payment. Much of the initial work focuses on reducing the existing claims backlog, starting with straightforward categories before progressing to more complex rent and utility claims.

What you need:

• Solid claims processing, analysis, or adjudication experience
• Hands-on QNXT experience
• Experience resolving claims edits, pended claims, or claims work queue backlogs
• Strong understanding of Medicaid claims processing and adjudication principles
• Comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate
• Experience with Oregon Medicaid, Section 1115 Waivers, or other state waiver/demonstration programs
