Job Description

QA Automation with Playwright, TypeScript and Java Experience.
Leads creation of test strategy and test plans, coordinates UAT with CVS, validates high‑risk functionality, and ensures overall quality governance.
Key Responsibilities
Well versed with Playwright automation and associated programming languages TypeScript and Java.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the QA team, providing mentorship and technical guidance to enhance their skills and improve testing proficiency.
Test Strategy Development: Create and document comprehensive test plans and strategies for software releases, outlining scope, objectives, and execution timelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality considerations are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including the establishment of key quality metrics to report on test coverage and defect trends.
Automation Oversight: Oversee the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies to increase efficiency and test coverage.
