Job Title: IAM Governance & Access Review Analyst
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT Audit, Compliance, or Information Security.
- Hands-on experience managing User Access Reviews (UAR), certifications, or access governance programs.
- Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or HITRUST.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience developing process documentation, training materials, and compliance evidence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SailPoint Identity Now or IdentityIQ, including certifications, workflows, tasks, and governance functions.
- Professional certifications such as:
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
- SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer
- CISSP
- CISA
- CRISC
- Experience with access governance, entitlement reviews, and IAM controls in regulated environments.
