<>About the Role
GrowEdgeX is seeking a qualified Information Systems Applications Specialist III (Oracle EPM) for one of our clients in a fully remote capacity.
In this role, you will provide technical and functional support for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. You will work closely with application administrators and business users to analyze business requirements, troubleshoot application issues, improve system functionality, and support ongoing application development, maintenance, and enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application development, systems analysis, programming, and technical troubleshooting. Experience supporting Oracle EPM environments and working with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions will be highly valuable.
This is a fully remote, 12-month contractual opportunity with the possibility of renewal for an additional year.
<>What You Will Do
- Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, assisting application administrators and business users with system functionality and operational requirements.
- Analyze business requirements, identify application needs, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications, system designs, and implementation solutions.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise applications and system programs while ensuring application reliability and performance.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing to validate application updates, enhancements, and system changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, system performance, business processes, and overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, implementation records, and application support procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and application administrators to investigate issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
<>What We Are Looking For
- Experience in applications development, systems analysis, programming, and enterprise application support.
- Knowledge of computer technology, programming concepts, software development methodologies, and application architecture.
- Strong experience troubleshooting application issues, debugging programs, testing software, and supporting application implementations.
- Knowledge of application maintenance, system enhancements, integrations, and software development processes.
- Ability to perform user acceptance, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple technical assignments, and collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Previous experience supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), or Profitability and Cost Management (PCM).
- Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, database queries, and enterprise application troubleshooting.

- Background in enterprise systems development, application programming, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and implement technical solutions.
- Familiarity with application testing methodologies, system upgrades, performance optimization, and production support.
