5–10 years of IT infrastructure or endpoint management experience.
3+ years of hands-on JAMF Pro administration experience.
Strong macOS administration and troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
Experience managing JAMF Pro deployments, policies, configuration profiles, and smart groups.
Experience with zero-touch deployment and Apple device lifecycle management.
Knowledge of enterprise endpoint management, MDM/UEM, and device security.
Experience with software packaging, application deployment, patch management, and OS updates.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or Python.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, LDAP, and SSO.
Understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
