Looker Support Lead, Remote
We have an immediate need for an experienced Looker Support Lead with strong expertise in LookerML, Explores, Dashboards, PDTs, Data Modeling, SQL, and Data Warehouse Platforms to lead enterprise BI support operations, resolve complex production issues, and drive service stability and continuous improvement.
This is a remote position based in Secaucus, NJ, with the ideal candidate having deep experience in LookerML, Explores, Dashboards, Persistent Derived Tables (PDTs), Data Modeling, SQL, Data Warehouses, Looker Development, Major Incident Management (P1/P2), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SLA Management, Service Governance, Production Support, Release & Deployment Management, Capacity Planning, Usage Trend Analysis, Platform Optimization, and BI Service Management.
No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
