Summary

Lead organizational change management initiatives supporting client''s merger and acquisition (M&A) integration program. Partner with business leaders, IT, HR, Finance, and PMO teams to drive successful adoption of new business processes, enterprise applications, and organizational changes resulting from acquisitions. Ensure employees are prepared, informed, and engaged throughout the integration lifecycle while minimizing business disruption.
Responsibilities
ERP implementation and adoption
HR process

Organizational Change Management
Develop and execute enterprise change management strategies for M&A initiatives.
Conduct organizational readiness and change impact assessments.
Build stakeholder engagement plans.
Manage change adoption throughout acquisition integrations.
M&A Integration
Support post-acquisition integration activities including:
Business process harmonization

Required Skills

8 years or more in Change Management
4+ years of Organizational Change Management for mergers and acquisitions.
Enterprise integration programs.
Large-scale business transformation.
Cross-functional program leadership.
Change Management
Prosci ADKAR
Stakeholder Analysis
Change Impact Assessments
Communications Planning
Organizational Readiness
