Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MDM / Data Quality Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica MDM, ANSI SQL, Party Data, and Data Quality Management.

The consultant will be responsible for profiling, assessing, cleansing, standardizing, and improving party master data while supporting MDM implementation, UAT, data stewardship, and ongoing data quality initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT/Data experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• Strong experience with Informatica MDM
• Strong ANSI SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation
• Strong understanding of Party Data / Party Master Data
• Experience with Data Quality Management
• Data profiling, cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and validation
• Data quality rules, thresholds, KPIs, and scorecards
• Data migration and master data management
• Data stewardship and survivorship concepts
• UAT testing and defect management
• Jira experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling and quality assessments across source systems to identify duplicates, gaps, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues in party records.
• Develop and document data quality rules, thresholds, KPIs, and validation criteria for party master data such as names, addresses, identifiers, and relationships.
• Support data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and migration activities for party data moving into UMDM.
• Monitor ongoing data-quality trends and work with Systems of Record (SOR) owners to resolve identified data issues.
• Develop data quality scorecards and dashboards to monitor MDM health and data-quality metrics.
• Establish and support data stewardship workflows, exception management, escalation procedures, and survivorship conflict resolution.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into MDM enhancement requirements and product backlog items.
• Support business discussions to document data requirements, business scenarios, and MDM use cases.
• Develop UAT test cases based on business requirements and scenarios.
• Execute UAT testing, maintain testing evidence, and log/track defects in Jira.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to support end-user adoption of MDM processes and data.
• Collaborate with business, data stewards, SOR owners, technical teams, and MDM stakeholders to continuously improve data quality.
