We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Test Architect with strong expertise in Mainframe Environment Rehosting and Migration to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Mainframe Test Architecture
• Hands-on experience in Mainframe Testing and test execution
• Proven experience with Mainframe Rehosting and Migration projects
• Expertise in test strategy, test planning, and test execution for enterprise migrations
• Experience validating mainframe applications, data, and interfaces during migration
• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
• Experience with test automation frameworks and defect management tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement the end-to-end testing strategy for mainframe migration initiatives
• Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and validation frameworks
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple project teams and stakeholders
• Validate application functionality, data integrity, and migration accuracy
• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation
• Collaborate with IBM delivery teams and migration partners to ensure successful project delivery
