Medical Coder (Risk Adjustment)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Medical Coder to join our remote team.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on medical coding experience, a strong understanding of coding guidelines, and the ability to accurately review and assign appropriate medical codes while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Review medical records and assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes.Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with industry standards
