Job Description:
We are seeking a Mid/Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The candidate will support application modernization, cloud development, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, backend services, and application integrations.
- Develop scalable and reusable application components.
- Work with Entity Framework and relational databases.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Support CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Follow secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, UX Designers, Testers, DBAs, and Architects.
- Use approved AI coding assistants and Generative AI tools for development, code analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Develop or integrate AI-enabled functionality through APIs, AI services, intelligent search, document processing, or approved AI platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of software development experience for Mid-Level candidates.
- 7+ years of software development experience for Senior candidates.
- Strong C# and .NET/.NET Core development experience.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, MVC, REST APIs, and Entity Framework.
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming fundamentals.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with Agile software development.
- Understanding of cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure or AWS experience.
- Microservices and container experience.
- Docker/Kubernetes experience.
- Federal/FDA experience.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with Generative AI or AI APIs.
