Perform root cause analysis of production impacting issues, including opening problem cases with vendors and driving them to conclusion
Experience maintaining AWS/Azure cloud-based infrastructure (good if someone having expreince with both Azure and AWS Since client (TDS) is currently using Azure and moving to AWS shortly)
Experience with containerization (e.g., AWS EKS) and Kubernetes
