Role: Model N Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Whippany, NJ (Remote)
Duration: Contract

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Model N Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Application Support and Enhancements. The ideal candidate should have deep functional and technical knowledge of the Model N platform, with experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and working closely with business users.

Required Skills

10+ years of overall IT experience.
Hands-on experience with Model N Flex (Techno-Functional).
Strong experience in Application Support, Maintenance, and Enhancements.
Good functional knowledge of Revenue Management, Contract Management, Rebates, Pricing, and Chargebacks.
Experience with Model N configuration, customization, and production support (L2/L3).
Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and database knowledge.
Experience with APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.
Excellent troubleshooting, RCA, and stakeholder communication skills.
