We are seeking a Network Infrastructure Security Professional to assess and strengthen network infrastructure and security compliance across multiple correctional facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with secure network environments, wireless security, network segmentation, compliance assessments, and cybersecurity frameworks.

< data-start="705" data-end="734">Key Responsibilities

Assess network infrastructure, topology, and physical security across multiple facilities.
Conduct compliance and security gap assessments against CJIS, NIST, HIPAA, and State security standards.
Evaluate secure wireless connectivity and risks associated with wireless networks in high-security environments.
Design and recommend network segmentation strategies, including VLAN and firewall architectures.
Evaluate and recommend authentication, encryption, access controls, and other security measures.
Identify security risks and develop remediation recommendations.
Perform security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
Document findings, risk ratings, and security recommendations.
Communicate technical risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Travel onsite to correctional facilities for assessment activities.

4–8 years of experience in Network Security, Network Engineering, or Infrastructure Security.
Experience working in regulated or high-security environments.
Strong knowledge of CJIS Security Policy, NIST standards, and HIPAA compliance.
Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi security, WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise, 802.1X, and NAC.
Experience with network segmentation, VLANs, firewalls, authentication, and encryption.
Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and FIPS 200.
Experience conducting security assessments, audits, or compliance reviews.
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Experience supporting correctional facilities, public safety, government, military, or healthcare environments.
Experience with multi-vendor infrastructure environments.
Experience conducting security assessments across multiple facilities.
