Job Title: Nuclear Mechanical Engineer

Introduction:

As a Nuclear Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing mechanical systems for nuclear power plants. This position requires a strong background in both nuclear and mechanical engineering, as well as knowledge of relevant codes, standards, regulations, and quality assurance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Designing mechanical systems for nuclear power plants
• Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Participating in engineering change control processes
• Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Providing technical support and expertise as needed

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 8-10+ years of experience designing mechanical systems for nuclear power plants
• Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and nuclear quality assurance requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Prior exposure to engineering change control processes
