Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The ideal candidate will have a combination of functional consulting and technical development experience to design, implement, optimize, and support Oracle Cloud PLM solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, high-quality PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
Configure and customize Oracle Cloud PLM modules, including Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH).
Implement and support Oracle Redwood UX features.
Design and execute data migration and conversion strategies from legacy PLM systems.
Develop and maintain Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX components.
Create Functional Design Specifications, deployment documentation, and other technical documentation.
Review design documents and perform peer code reviews to improve code quality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for build and deployment issues.
Support production and non-production environments through monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
Ensure system reliability, quality, and adherence to Oracle best practices.
Contribute to application architecture, technical design improvements, reusable components, and design patterns.
Code, debug, test, document, validate, and deploy application features.
Develop and review High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and Solution Architecture documents.
Create and review unit test cases, support testing activities, perform defect Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement mitigation plans.
Manage module delivery, user stories, release activities, and status reporting.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, effort estimation, resource planning, and project planning.
Collaborate with customer architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to finalize solution designs.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership to team members.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, reusable assets, internal seminars, hackathons, and ERP/CRM practice initiatives.
Continuously learn new Oracle Cloud features and recommend improvements to applications and business processes.

Required Experience

Strong experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
Hands-on experience with Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH).
Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX development.
Strong understanding of PLM business processes and data migration methodologies.
Experience working in a techno-functional consulting role.
Experience with production deployments and deployment issue resolution.
Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and external systems.
Experience using data loading and migration tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver projects on schedule.
Experience mentoring team members and leading technical initiatives.
