Job Title: Oracle IBP S&OP Solution Architect (Pre-Sales)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle IBP S&OP Solution Architect to support pre-sales and bid management initiatives. This is a senior leadership role requiring a seasoned Oracle SCM professional with extensive experience in Oracle Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply Planning, and Demand Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, excellent client-facing skills, and proven expertise in designing enterprise-scale Oracle SCM planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and pre-sales engagements for Oracle SCM Planning initiatives.
Design end-to-end Oracle Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning technical proposals and solution strategies.
Participate in RFP/RFI responses, bid presentations, and client workshops.
Define business processes and solution roadmaps for Supply Chain Planning transformations.
Provide functional leadership for Oracle Supply Planning and Demand Planning implementations.
Present solution architecture, estimates, implementation approach, and best practices to customers.
Work closely with business stakeholders to align Oracle SCM solutions with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of Oracle SCM consulting experience.
Proven experience as an Oracle SCM Solution Architect.
Deep expertise in Oracle Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Strong experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Supply Planning and Oracle Demand Planning.
Mandatory experience supporting Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Bid Management, and RFP/RFI responses.
Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud SCM implementation experience.
Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
