Strong knowledge of BPM concepts, workflows and case lifecycle management 10. Translate business requirements into functional PEGA rules, flows and UI components
Integrate PEGA with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, Services, queues, MQ and databases. Would be focusing on integration between BenePath and other state owned systems like Mavro, Quadient, AZURE, Move It etc.
Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing cycles
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior Developers to ensure alignment with overall solution design
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring performance and scalability
Participation in Agile ceremonies to align delivery with project goals

Good To Have:-

Knowledge of eligibility rules engines and enrollment business processes
Familiarity with cloud deployments (PEGA Cloud, AWS, Azure)
Prior experience in Government healthcare modernization projects
