Oracle AI Database 26ai | OCI | Fusion AI Agent Studio | Generative & Agentic AI

Experience: 12+ Years (5+ in Cloud/AI) Role Overview Level:

Principal / Lead FourthSquare is looking for a hands-on technical leader to architect next-gen AI solutions using Oracle AI Database 26ai, OCI, and Fusion AI Agent Studio.

You will bridge the gap between enterprise data platforms and Generative/Agentic AI to help customers modernize their data estates for the AI era.

Note: This is an Architecture role focused on Generative AI and RAG, not a traditional DBA position.

Key Responsibilities: AI & RAG Architecture: Design enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI solutions using Oracle AI Vector Search and OCI Generative AI.

Platform Leadership: Lead the modernization of Oracle workloads to OCI, utilizing Autonomous Database, Exadata, and 26ai features.

AI Agent Development: Build and orchestrate enterprise AI agents using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio for ERP, HCM, and SCM processes.

Security & Governance: Establish standards for responsible AI, including data masking, prompt protection, and source validation.

Technical Leadership: Lead customer discovery workshops, create reference architectures, and mentor engineering teams.

Technical Requirements: Core Oracle: Deep expertise in Oracle AI Database 26ai / 23ai, OCI, Autonomous DB, and SQL/PL-SQL.

Generative AI: Hands-on with Vector Search, Embeddings, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and OCI Generative AI.

Agentic AI: Experience with AI agents, tool calling, orchestration (LangChain/ LangGraph), and REST APIs.

Modern Dev: Proficiency in Python and CI/CD concepts.

Ideal Profile 12+ years in IT; 8+ years with Oracle; 5+ years in Cloud/Data architecture.

Proven experience delivering at least one significant Generative AI or Agentic AI POC/ Production solution.

Comfortable moving from C-level strategy to hands-on prototyping.
