Project Manager IT SME (Custom Application)

No - OPT/ EAD/ Visa Dependent Candidates

Responsibilities

·        Manage end-to-end delivery of custom application development, enhancement, and modernization projects.

·        Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.

·        Coordinate application developers, architects, business analysts, QA, infrastructure, database, and integration teams.

·        Gather and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

·        Manage application scope, timelines, risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies.

·        Coordinate design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

·        Ensure custom applications meet functional, technical, security, performance, and usability requirements.

·        Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion according to approved schedules.

·        Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.

·        Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action items, decisions, and requirements traceability.

·        Work closely with technical leadership to resolve application-related challenges.

·        Support integration with enterprise systems, databases, reporting platforms, and external interfaces.

·        Coordinate user acceptance testing and implementation readiness activities.

·        Provide regular project status reporting to program leadership and client stakeholders.
