Claim Project Manager (1 Open position)

• Open to converting to a full-time employee (FTE) in the future. No visa sponsorship available.
• Preferred experience in healthcare/insurance and Claim Adjudication
• Previous experience in managing Claim Adjudication projects
• Experience managing large platform modernization or transformational projects/programs.
• Preferred tools include:
  • Jira, IBM RTC( Rational Team Concert), IBM RRC (Rational Requirement Composer)
  • Clarity (for budget management), SharePoint, QuickBase and other Microsoft office tools
• Experience in Serving as both Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Budget management responsibilities include resource hours/costs, SOW, infrastructure, and cloud expenses.
• Experience managing Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.).
• Proficient in developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (skilled in PowerPoint).
• Experienced in providing status updates, including risk and issue updates, to senior leadership.
• Capable of facilitating both technical and business discussions.
