Hiring: Technical Business Analyst – LTC Pharmacy | Remote | $40/hr

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy domain experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders in the LTC Pharmacy domain
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Analyze LTC pharmacy workflows, eMAR/pharmacy applications, and system integrations
• Perform data analysis using SQL to extract insights and inform decision-making
• Test software applications and ensure they meet the required standards
• Ensure interoperability and compatibility of systems through HL7 and NCPDP SCRIPT standards
• Provide business analytics and insights to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of LTC Pharmacy workflows and eMAR/pharmacy applications
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis
• Ability to conduct testing and ensure software quality
• Understanding of Health Care industry and processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with FrameworkLTC, DocuTrack, PointClickCare
• Knowledge of HL7 and NCPDP SCRIPT standards
• Experience in recruiting or sourcing talent for healthcare organizations
• Familiarity with Litecoin and its applications in the healthcare industry
