Location: Bismarck, North Dakota
Travel Requirement: 1 week per month to Bismarck, North Dakota

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) Consultant with strong SAP HCM and US Payroll experience to support an SAP S/4HANA environment hosted on RISE.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP CATS configuration and integration with SAP HCM and US Payroll processes. The consultant will work closely with HR, payroll, functional, and technical teams to ensure accurate time recording, time evaluation, and payroll processing.
SAP CATS and US Payroll experience are the key requirements for this position. Candidates with relevant hands-on implementation, configuration, integration, and support experience are preferred
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with SAP CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet).
Practical experience with SAP HCM and US Payroll.
Experience integrating CATS with SAP HCM time management and payroll processes.
Knowledge of time entry, approval workflows, time evaluation, and payroll-relevant data transfer.
Experience troubleshooting time management and payroll integration issues.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments hosted on RISE.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability and willingness to travel to Bismarck, North Dakota, one week per month.
