Required:

Strong experience in SAP SD / OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes including order management, billing, shipping, and invoicing.
Hands-on experience working with Elemica integrations, EDI transactions, and supply chain connectivity.
Experience in SAP SD configuration, interface monitoring, issue resolution, and support activities.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business users, functional, and technical teams.
Excellent communication skills with experience in manufacturing, logistics, or chemical industry environments preferred.
