About the Role

TAP Innovations is looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development for our cloud solutions portfolio — including systems integrations, data transformations, and custom SaaS/application implementations. You'll own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract/SOW execution and ongoing account management, selling into medium-sized businesses ($20M–$900M in annual revenue) across a broad range of industries. This is a remote, individual-contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Sales.

What You'll Do

Manage the complete sales cycle in Zoho CRM — prospecting, qualification, proposal, close, and account growth
Sell cloud-based integration, data transformation, and custom application/SaaS solutions
Own upsell and expansion revenue within an existing account base
Self-generate a pipeline with minimal day-to-day oversight
Build and maintain relationships with partners and marketplace ecosystems relevant to the HCM/SaaS space

Required Qualifications

5+ years total sales experience, including at least 3 years in one of: HCM (Human Capital Management) software sales, IT consulting, or Custom Application/Integration/SaaS sales
Earned President's Club recognition at least once
Demonstrated experience working with Partner Programs and Marketplaces
National (not purely regional/local) sales experience
An existing book of client relationships you can bring into the role
Strong, active LinkedIn presence with working knowledge of social selling
Excellent verbal and written communication; fast learner; comfortable self-generating leads with limited direction

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of HCM workflows and typical buyer personas
Familiarity with SaaS business models and recurring-revenue sales cycles
Experience with consultative selling and long-term account development
Ability to identify business problems solvable through integrations and digital automation
