Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce experience across development, administration, consulting, QA, integration, or architecture.
- Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and other platform capabilities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and support integrations with external systems and enterprise applications.
- Perform data migration, transformation, cleansing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Support testing, deployments, releases, production issues, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, product owners, and technical/business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical, functional, solution, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
