Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored for Healthcare RCM processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate RCM requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes including patient access, charge capture, billing, claims, and collections
Provide leadership in Salesforce Health Cloud / Service Cloud / Financial Services Cloud implementations (as applicable)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Manage integrations between Salesforce and EHR/EMR systems, billing platforms, and clearinghouses
Drive process optimization and automation across the revenue cycle
Mentor and guide development teams; act as a technical and functional SME
Support data migration, reporting, dashboards, and analytics for RCM KPIs
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a PST time zone environment

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform (Admin/Developer/Architect roles)
5+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Strong understanding of:
- Patient registration & eligibility
- Medical billing & coding
- Claims processing (837/835 transactions)
- Denials management & collections
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud / Service Cloud
Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, APIs, HL7/FHIR standards)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, Architect, Health Cloud)
Experience working with US Healthcare systems
Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other EHR systems
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Work Requirements

Must be available to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Fully remote role with strong communication and collaboration expectations

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/automation in RCM workflows
Exposure to data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Prior experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects
