Senior CJA Product Modernization Consultant / Engineer – Level 2

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant/Engineer to support a product modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will independently own technical implementation workstreams involving Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), XDM, data ingestion, identity configuration, analytics implementation, and reporting migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure XDM schemas and AEP datasets
• Support data ingestion and identity configuration within Adobe Experience Platform
• Configure CJA Connections and Data Views
• Create dimensions, metrics, filters, and calculated metrics
• Configure attribution and sessionization
• Build and migrate Analysis Workspace projects
• Reconcile data across Adobe Analytics, AEP, source systems, and CJA
• Support testing, defect resolution, parallel reporting, cutover, and production readiness
• Document schemas, mappings, metrics, test plans, and deployment procedures
• Identify and escalate data-quality, identity, privacy, integration, and performance issues
• Collaborate with architects and other technical teams while independently owning assigned implementation workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant analytics/Adobe implementation experience
• Strong hands-on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Experience creating XDM schemas and datasets
• Experience configuring CJA Connections and Data Views
• Strong understanding of dimensions, metrics, calculated metrics, filters, attribution, and sessionization
• Experience with Adobe Analytics / Analysis Workspace
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, testing, and production deployment
• At least one official Adobe certification is mandatory
• The exact Adobe certification name must be listed on the resume

Important: Adobe Analytics experience alone, without hands-on CJA implementation experience, is not sufficient.
