Job Title: Senior HotDocs Developer / Document Automation Consultant 
Location: Houston, TX _100% Remote

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with HotDocs Development and Template Design.

Expertise in HotDocs Interviews, Computations, Variables, Dialogs, and Template Creation.

Strong understanding of Document Automation concepts and Business Rule Modeling.

Experience analyzing business requirements and converting them into automated document templates.

Experience with document generation, forms automation, and document-intensive workflows.

Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployments.

Familiarity with legal, financial, or other forms/document-intensive business processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating HotDocs with web applications or REST APIs.

Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and workflow platforms.

Exposure to cloud-based document automation solutions.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain HotDocs templates and document automation solutions.

Design and configure HotDocs interviews, variables, and business rules.

Analyze document generation requirements and translate them into automated solutions.

Support SIT/UAT testing, troubleshoot defects, and assist with production deployments.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
