Overview
This is a remote role open for multiple markets across the United States.
Leads the Product & Experience pillar of the Platform Engineering Hub. Owns strategy, roadmap, adoption, governance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise Internal Developer Platform (IDP). Accountable for developer experience outcomes, service catalog governance, golden paths, self-service engineering capabilities, platform analytics, GitOps enablement, Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) adoption, and AI-enabled engineering experiences.
Responsibilities

- Build and scale Internal Developer Platforms
- Established developer experience programs
- Create self-service engineering capabilities
- Integrate engineering ecosystems
- Applied product management disciplines to improve adoption, satisfaction, and productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering
- 5+ years leading Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud or Infrastructure teams
- IDP strategy and adoption leadership
- budget and roadmap ownership
- IDP, Platform Engineering, DevEx, Service Catalogs, Golden Paths, GitOps, IaC, CI/CD, Platform Automation
- DevSecOps
- API-first Architecture
- Product Management
Preferred Skills Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, Policy-as-Code, Platform Observability, Platform Analytics, AI-assisted Engineering.
Platform Integration Experience Experience integrating developer platforms with source control, CI/CD, automation, cloud, security, observability, ITSM, and artifact management ecosystems.

The base pay for this position is generally between $170,000 and $195,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
