We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS, ARCS & EDMCS) Implementation Lead M&A Integrations to support Oracle Cloud implementations across Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) as part of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for leading Oracle Cloud EPM implementations supporting newly acquired businesses from solution design through production stabilization.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Engineering, and business stakeholders to onboard acquisitions into Oracle Cloud EPM ecosystem while supporting timely financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, and master data governance.

Responsibilities:

Support Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations for mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise integration programs.
Lead assigned workstreams across the Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, including discovery, business process assessment, fi t-gap analysis, solution design, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, data migration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and transition to Production Support.

Functional Ownership - Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud EPM modules including:

Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS): Financial Consolidation, Multi-GAAP reporting, Multi-currency translation, Intercompany eliminations, Ownership Management, Consolidation rules, Financial Close, Financial Reporting, Close monitoring, Data loads, Trial Balance integrations
Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS): Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Compliance, Reconciliation workflows, Approval workflows, Auto-reconciliation, Certification, Aging management, Exception management
Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS): Chart of Accounts governance, Legal Entity hierarchy management, Cost Center governance, Segment value management, Enterprise hierarchy management, Dimension synchronization, Request workflows, Approvals, Change governance

M&A Integration

Support Oracle Cloud EPM implementations for newly acquired businesses.
Execute Trial Balance onboarding, metadata migration, hierarchy harmonization, financial consolidation configuration, reconciliation setup, and master data governance.
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to support financial close readiness and consolidation activities for newly integrated acquisitions.
Support production cutover, validation, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Solution Design & Delivery

Configure Oracle Cloud FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS solutions supporting enterprise financial close, consolidation, reconciliations, and master data governance.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Engineering, and Corporate Development teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
Participate in solution design sessions, design reviews, and functional workshops.
Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Configuration Workbooks, Business Process Flows, and SIT/UAT test scripts.

Systems & Integration

Support functional design, testing, and validation of integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), and enterprise source systems.
Validate Trial Balance integrations, metadata synchronization, reconciliation data flows, and financial consolidation processes.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful end-to-end financial integrations.

Testing & Go-Live

Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), reconciliation validation, defect management, mock cutovers, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
Support successful financial close and operational continuity during acquisition integrations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience.
Minimum two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations.
Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, financial close, intercompany eliminations, account reconciliations, and enterprise master data governance.
Experience implementing Oracle Cloud EPM as part of mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, or finance transformation programs.
Experience with Trial Balance onboarding, hierarchy management, metadata governance, and financial reporting.
Experience supporting financial close processes, reconciliation governance, and consolidation activities.
Experience supporting production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with Oracle Cloud EPM.
Experience with Oracle Data Management, REST APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integrations.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
