Client is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in *Workforce Scheduling (WFS) * and Healthcare domain. The role involves supporting enterprise-wide HCM implementation, scheduling integrations, and labor optimization within a large healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Implement and support Workforce Scheduling solutions within Oracle HCM environment.
Work across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Talent.
Integrate legacy scheduling systems such as Oracle Health Clairvia, Qgenda, Google Calendar, and others.
Support integration with Time & Attendance systems (e.g., Kronos/UKG) including bi-directional data flow.
Work on enterprise-wide implementation across HCM, Finance (FIN), and Supply Chain (SCM).
Support workforce planning, shift scheduling, and labor optimization for healthcare operations.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post go-live support activities
