Role Overview
• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our software solutions, with a specific focus on supporting Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) environments.
• This position requires a proactive problem-solver capable of managing complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing high-level support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting: Utilize advanced debugging tools, simulations, and custom scripts to isolate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects.
• Technical Support: Provide guidance for system installations, including the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation and training materials.
• Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding status updates, interventions, and resolutions.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of customer requirements, system issues, and interaction logs.
• On-Call Rotation: Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure the continuous availability and security of production environments.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software Quality Assurance.
• Automation: Minimum of 5 years of experience developing automated test solutions using Python, Go, or similar programming languages.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Apache Spark, and AWS Lambda.

Desired Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Methodologies: Strong advocacy for modern software development lifecycles, including Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD).
• Regulatory Experience: Proven experience working within AWS GovCloud and FedRAMP-compliant environments.
Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with open-source technologies such as Docker and Apache Kafka.
• Experience in security software quality assurance (web or email security experience).
• Proficiency with Jira-Xray for test management.
• Project Management: Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and client needs.

• Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation for incident support is required.
