Position Summary: Innominds is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead strategic customer engagements in the Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Connected Devices, and Intelligent Product Engineering domains. This is a customer-facing, consultative solutioning role responsible for understanding customer business challenges, defining technology roadmaps, architecting engineering services solutions, and partnering with Sales to win large digital engineering engagements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the complete semiconductor product lifecycle—from Pre-Silicon through Post-Silicon, Embedded Software, Device Connectivity, Cloud Integration, and Product Sustenance—and be able to translate complex customer requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
This role requires a blend of technical breadth, business acumen, consultative selling, solution architecture, executive communication, and commercial awareness.
Role Overview: Act as the primary technical advisor for customers in Semiconductor and Connected Products, driving digital engineering transformation from pre-sales through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Lead discovery workshops with Engineering, Product, and Executive stakeholders; build trusted relationships with CTOs and technical leaders; identify transformation opportunities.
- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end engineering solutions and transformation roadmaps (concept to commercialization); define scalable delivery models and reusable frameworks/accelerators.
- Pre-Sales & Business Development: Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, lead technical discussions, prepare RFP/RFI responses and SOWs, build estimates, present proposals, and support pricing/negotiations.
- Delivery Collaboration: Transition won deals to delivery teams, ensure architectural governance, and resolve technical risks for successful outcomes.
Semiconductor Solutioning:
- Pre-Silicon: ASIC/SoC/IP design, RTL, verification (UVM), FPGA/emulation, STA, physical design, DFT, low-power & performance optimization.
- Post-Silicon: Silicon/board bring-up, validation, characterization, lab automation, failure analysis, yield, manufacturing test, system integration.
Connected Devices & Intelligent Products:
- Solutions across consumer electronics, IoT, medical, automotive, telecom, robotics, and edge AI.
- Engineering expertise in embedded Linux, RTOS, BSP, firmware, device drivers, security, OTA, and edge computing.
Cloud Connected Engineering: Architecting device-to-cloud integration using AWS/Azure/Google IoT, MQTT, REST APIs, digital twins, telemetry, and AI/ML integration.
Required Expertise: Semiconductor (ASIC, SoC, FPGA, verification, DFT), Embedded Systems (Linux, RTOS, C/C++, ARM), Connectivity (BLE, Wi-Fi, 5G, CAN, USB, etc.), Cloud & Edge AI, Device Security.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor''''s or Master''''s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 15–20 years of experience in Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Connected Devices, or Digital Engineering.
- 5+ years in Solution Architecture, Consulting, Technical Sales, or Customer Solutioning.
- Strong understanding of the complete semiconductor product lifecycle, including Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon engineering.
- Proven ability to create end-to-end engineering solutions across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and AI.
- Experience supporting large digital engineering pursuits exceeding multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Strong commercial understanding of engineering services delivery models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, proposal writing, and executive stakeholder management skills.
