Job Description:
Key Responsibilities-
* Lead testing efforts, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management using tosca.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
* Mentor and provide guidance to the testing team on tosca tool functionalities and best practices.
* Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth testing processes.
* Develop automation frameworks and scripts using tosca for efficient test execution.
* Stay updated on tosca tool enhancements and best practices to continuously improve testing processes.
* Prepare test reports, track testing progress, and communicate status to project stakeholders.
Skill Requirements-
* Proficiency in using tosca (tricentis) for test automation and management.
* Strong knowledge of test planning, test design, and test execution processes.
* Experience in leading testing teams and projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve testing issues efficiently.
Good To Have-
* TOSCA Certification would be a plus.
