Requirements

7 years or more of experience in technical discovery, solution analysis, systems integration, or enterprise technology consulting.

Proficiency in AI and automation solution assessment, technical feasibility analysis, vendor evaluation, and emerging technologies.

Experience with APIs, systems integration, data flows, identity and access management, hosting, and infrastructure architecture.

Experience with solution architecture, conceptual designs, dependency mapping, technical discovery, and proof-of-concept testing.

Experience with Epic integrations, healthcare IT, regulated environments, ROM estimation, and vendor technical assessments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities

Evaluate AI, automation, and emerging-technology requests to determine technical feasibility, readiness, risks, and solution options.

Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders, vendors, architects, and technical teams to identify requirements and constraints.

Assess APIs, integrations, data flows, identity controls, hosting models, infrastructure needs, licensing, and dependencies.

Create conceptual solution architectures, dependency maps, technical assessments, and preliminary delivery estimates.

Perform approved sandbox and proof-of-feasibility testing to validate vendor capabilities and proposed technical approaches.

Produce readiness recommendations, decision records, assessment documentation, and executive-level technical findings.
