Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. Act as the primary point of accountability for project execution, partnering with business owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, on-time, and budget-compliant outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Project Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, dev, test, deployment) following HMH IT’s standardized processes.
• Resource & Task Management: Oversee resource planning, project tasks, milestones, and RASCIs within ServiceNow PPM/SPM.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between customers, vendors, and internal leadership; maintain trusted relationships and transparent reporting.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and oversee scope changes to meet project goals.
Expertise:
• Demonstrated success in organizing/tracking projects, managing teams, and delivering on-time/on-budget results.
• Extensive experience managing ServiceNow implementations; Clinical Device Management (CDM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and ITSM.
• Experience implementing Healthcare Life Sciences ( HCLS) a plus.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship management, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow AI capabilities a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
• PMP, ITIL, and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in SPM/ITSM).
• SCRUM/Agile certification (CSM, PSM).
